We were on the Princess bus that pulled up Friday the 19th. Funny you mention that you're not seeing much wildlife, because we saw a cow moose and her calf not 20 yards from the Slate Creek Inn before we even got off the bus. Anyhow, found your blog while doing some research for picture captions after we got back. Pretty interesting hearing from the other side of the fence. Small world sidebar #1-- one of your coworkers asked us where we were from, and when we told her, she said that she had recently been a substitute teacher at the elementary school in our town in southern Calif.
